Shipping & Delivery
At UN art, we package and ship our art prints using methods appropriate for each product’s size and specifications, with the aim of delivering them in the best possible condition.
Shipping Fees
Shipping costs vary depending on the destination country or region, the contents of your order, and the weight of the items.
Once you enter your shipping address at checkout, the available shipping methods and shipping costs will be displayed.
All products are shipped from Thailand. Depending on the destination country or region, customs duties, import taxes, customs clearance fees, or other charges may apply.
Any such charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Dispatch Time
Dispatch times vary depending on the product.
Made-to-order products are printed, inspected, and packaged before shipment and are normally dispatched from Thailand within 5–7 business days after your order has been confirmed.
Products sourced from overseas are normally dispatched within approximately 10–15 business days after your order has been confirmed. Depending on the supplier’s production and shipping status, customs procedures, or other circumstances, dispatch may take longer than usual.
In-stock products are dispatched according to the timeframe stated on each product page.
Weekends, public holidays, year-end and New Year holidays, and closure days of our shop, printing partners, or suppliers are not included in the business-day count. Depending on production, stock arrival, or busy periods, dispatch may take longer than usual.
Delivery Times After Dispatch
Delivery times after dispatch vary depending on the destination country or region, shipping method, customs procedures, and local postal or delivery conditions.
Delivery may take longer than usual due to customs procedures, weather conditions, transportation disruptions, peak shipping periods, carrier circumstances, or other factors beyond our control.
Shipping Methods
Products are shipped using tracked international shipping services, primarily Thailand Post.
Depending on the destination country or region, the contents of your order, or other circumstances, we may use another tracked shipping service.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, a shipping confirmation email will be sent to the email address provided with your order.
If a tracking number is available, you can use the information provided in the shipping confirmation email to track your shipment.
Packaging
Art prints are carefully packaged using methods appropriate for their size and specifications to help protect them from bending or damage during transit.
Depending on the product, your order may be shipped either flat or carefully rolled in a tube.
Orders Containing Multiple Items
If you order multiple items at the same time, we will combine them into a single shipment whenever possible.
Depending on the size of the products, production or stock arrival status, and dispatch timing, your order may be shipped in multiple packages.
Delivery Date and Time Requests
We are currently unable to accept requests for specific delivery dates or delivery time slots.
Depending on the shipping service used, you may be able to change your delivery preferences directly with the carrier after your order has been dispatched.
Shipping Address
Once an order has been confirmed, we may not be able to change the shipping address.
Before placing your order, please make sure that your postal code, street address, building name, apartment or unit number, country or region, and other shipping information are correct.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, prolonged absence, refusal of delivery, unpaid customs duties or import taxes, or similar circumstances, any costs required for reshipping will be the responsibility of the customer.
Damage During Shipping
If your item arrives bent, torn, stained, or otherwise damaged, please contact us at info@unart.jp within 7 days of delivery.
We may ask you to provide photographs of the item, the damaged area, packaging materials, shipping label, or other relevant information so that we can review the issue.
Please keep the item and all packaging materials until the matter has been resolved.
Shipping Destinations
UN art ships from Thailand to Japan and other countries and regions supported by our store.
Available shipping destinations can be confirmed by entering your shipping address at checkout.
We currently do not accept orders for delivery within Thailand.
