Order Processing and Delivery
At UN art, each art print is produced individually after an order is placed. Orders are typically dispatched from our printing facility in the United States within 1–4 business days of order confirmation.
Delivery times after dispatch vary depending on the destination country or region, shipping method, customs clearance procedures, and local delivery conditions.
Delivery may take longer due to customs procedures, product-related circumstances, destination, weather, transportation disruptions, peak shipping periods, or other factors. Any product-specific dispatch times will be stated on the relevant product page.
Order Changes and Cancellations
Once an order has been confirmed, we cannot accept changes to the items, sizes, quantities, shipping address, or other order details. We also do not accept cancellations for personal reasons after an order has been confirmed. Please carefully review your order details before completing your purchase.
If your item arrives damaged or defective, or if you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will cover the shipping costs necessary for any return or exchange for which UN art is responsible.
If we are unable to fulfill your order for reasons on our side, we will contact you individually regarding cancellation and a refund.
Returns and Exchanges for Personal Reasons
We do not accept returns or exchanges for personal reasons, including differences in expected color or appearance, ordering the wrong size, or placing an incorrect order.
Please note that actual product colors may appear slightly different from the images shown on our website due to differences in devices, screen settings, and lighting conditions.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or stained, has a printing defect, or differs from what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
We will review the condition of the item and advise you regarding an exchange or refund. UN art will cover the shipping costs associated with returns or exchanges for issues for which we are responsible.
We cannot accept exchanges or refunds for items returned without contacting us in advance.
