Shipping Rates

Shipping is free for orders delivered within the United States.

For all other destinations, shipping rates vary depending on the destination country or region, order details, and the weight of the items ordered.

Available shipping methods and rates will be displayed at checkout once you enter your shipping address.

Orders are shipped from our printing facility in the United States.

Customs duties, import taxes, and customs clearance fees are generally included in international shipping charges. However, additional fees may occasionally apply depending on the destination country or region and the circumstances of customs clearance.

If additional charges arise, customers may be responsible for these costs.

Processing and Dispatch Times

At UN art, each art print is produced individually after an order is placed.

Once your order is confirmed, your print will be produced, inspected, and carefully packaged. Orders are typically dispatched within 1–4 business days of order confirmation.

Weekends, public holidays, and closures of our business or printing facility are not counted as business days. Processing and dispatch may take longer during busy periods or due to production circumstances.

Delays may occur due to customs procedures, weather, transportation disruptions, peak shipping periods, carrier operations, or other circumstances beyond our control.

We use tracked shipping services appropriate for the destination country or region.

The shipping carrier may vary depending on the destination, order details, and other circumstances.

Shipping Confirmation Email

Once your order has been dispatched, a shipping confirmation email will be sent to your registered email address.

If a tracking number is available, you can use the information provided in your shipping confirmation email to track your shipment.

UN art ships to countries and regions worldwide.

You can check whether shipping is available to your destination by entering your shipping address at checkout.

We currently do not offer sales or delivery within Thailand.

Packaging

All prints are carefully packaged according to their size and specifications to help protect them from bending, dirt, and damage during transit.

Depending on the product, prints may be shipped flat or rolled in a protective tube.

Orders Containing Multiple Items

When multiple items are ordered together, we will combine them into a single shipment whenever possible.

Depending on product sizes, production schedules, availability, and preparation requirements, items may be shipped separately.

Scheduled Deliveries

We currently do not offer the option to select a specific delivery date or time.

Depending on the shipping carrier, you may be able to adjust delivery arrangements directly with the carrier after your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Address

Once an order has been confirmed, we may not be able to make changes to the shipping address.

Before placing your order, please carefully check that your postal code, street address, building name, apartment or unit number, and country or region are correct.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, prolonged absence, refusal of delivery, or unpaid customs duties or import taxes, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping charges and other costs required for reshipment.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, has a printing defect, or differs from what you ordered, please contact us at info@unart.jp within 7 days of delivery.

We may ask you to provide photographs of the item, the damaged or defective areas, the packaging materials, and the shipping label to help us assess the issue.

Please keep the item and all packaging materials until the matter has been resolved.
